I actually wrote the body of this blog back in November, when I was still on Iona. I'm not sure why I never posted it but am going to do so now since it reminded me of what I should be doing right now (being in the moment). I also reminds me how lucky I was to have spent 7 months of my life changing my view and meeting new friends...
While I was on Iona last Summer, a friend and I would spend our days off together and going out for a beer (and sometimes burger) at the end of the day became a tradition. Seeing as I just spent a week with that same friend, I thought it was time for recounting those beers...

So, after participating in the cheese making workshop...I headed straight for the natural food co-op for some raw milk and lemon juice. Allow me to explain...
