While working on Iona, I was moved from the kitchen into the craft room for two months. It was really interesting working on the outside for a little while. The
kitchen was more behind the curtain kind of work, whereas the craft
room and programme team got you mixing with the guests a lot more...
Where was I? Oh right...I have no idea :) I'm not in Scotland and I'm not fully in Connecticut, either, if I'm being honest. It's not where my heart truly lies...
